Tanahashi-no Okashira-shinji Mie Pref

This is a Shinto ritual that has been handed down from the beginning of the Edo era, more than 300 years ago. It features a daytime Kylin lion dance, called Zashiki-mai, and nighttime one, called Uchi-mai.. In addition, during the daytime many local people come to public hall, called Yado, and offerings to the deities are made.
