Mutsugatajinja-no-ontauesai
This is a unique ritual of rice farming handed down at Mutsugata Shrine since the Fujiwara Period (894 _ 1285 A. D.). It features the performance of a pregnant woman who brings a lunch box to her husband in the rice field, when she gives birth to their child. It is performed in a humorous manner.
